Our delivery service is designed to make receiving your equipment convenient, safe and hassle-free. Delivery fees and availability may vary depending on the product, location and services required.
Delivery Rates
Ignite Therapeutic Solutions provides delivery services for assistive technology and disability equipment throughout Perth and surrounding areas.
- Standard Perth Metro Delivery $25 + GST
- Delivery & Basic Setup $150 + GST
- Heavy or Specialised Equipment From $150 + GST
- Regional & Out-of-Metro Delivery Price on Application
Please note: Additional delivery fees may apply for heavy equipment, equipment requiring multiple staff to handle, difficult access, or deliveries where equipment must be carried up or down stairs.
Additional charges may also apply where specialised installation, extended travel, special handling or other requirements are involved.
All additional fees will be discussed with the customer where applicable before delivery.
Click & Collect
Customers can also choose Click & Collect and collect their order directly from our store.
Click & Collect is a convenient option for customers who prefer to collect their equipment themselves. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our store.
